Job Description:

The Project Manager for 100 Days of Dante will be responsible for:

•    Manage the website (in conjunction with Polymath) to prepare for the launch of the 2025-26 reading group. 
•    Run social media marketing for 2025-26 reading group.
•    Promote the 2025-26 reading group through our email platform and social media
•    Engage in direct marketing to Christian high schools about the project. 
•    Oversee email correspondence with participants and others who are interested in the project. 
•    Coordinate refilming videos (if necessary). 
•    Develop marketing ideas and strategies for the 2026-27 reading group (which will be the fifth anniversary)
•    Develop strategies to expand 100 Days of Dante’s footprint on Youtube with existing assets (Youtube shorts?)


The Project Manager should:

•    Love Dante’s Divine Comedy and be enthusiastic about helping people engage it more deeply. 
•    Be self-motivated and interested in creatively contributing to the project. 
•    Be highly organized and able to coordinate multiple projects at the same time.  
•    Be eager to learn new skills.
•    Be a good writer who corresponds in a professional manner. 
•    Interested in developing social media marketing and skills, including basic graphic design abilities (Canva).

 

  • Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility 
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients  
  • Ability to prioritize and take initiative 
  • Assist with various projects, activities and tasks related to business operations 
  • Ability to comply with University policies  
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
