As Commercial Operations Manager for France, you will drive commercial excellence across the market and play a key role in shaping the Diabetes Care EMEA strategy. Leveraging internal and external data, you’ll deliver actionable insights that inform decision-making and fuel growth.

You will lead the business analytics function, overseeing end‑to‑end sales operations support for the French commercial teams—including forecasting, reporting, budgeting, demand planning, KPI tracking, and market intelligence. You’ll also enhance sales and marketing effectiveness by optimizing processes and ensuring the successful adoption of key tools such as HealthCloud and Pitcher.

As a member of the EMEA North Leadership Team, you will work in close partnership with Country General Managers and Country Business Leaders across the cluster.
