In Prague, you’ll find a vibrant team environment that celebrates diversity, with colleagues representing 20 different <span>nationalities.&lt;&lt;</span><p><br/> </p><p><b>Job Description</b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Independently manage <span>global, cross-functional project teams or workstreams of major strategic programs in a variety of areas within Novartis (e.g.: biomedical research, drug development, manufacturing, commercial divisions) </span></p></li><li><p><span>Program objectives and challenges to be solved can range from target operating model, operational excellence, strategy, M&amp;A, data &amp; digital, program management, change management to</span> coordination of enterprise tools<span> implementation; </span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure solution and project </span>deliverables <span>are properly designed and implemented with little supervision, and in accordance with the agreed project methodology and approach; </span></p></li><li><p><span>Build and maintain trust with stakeholders in global, high-level leadership positions and work collaboratively with project partners towards a common goal </span></p></li><li><p>Actively contribute<span> on continuous improvement and innovation of internal services (e.g. critical initiatives, team learning and culture, capability groups, business units, methodology development)</span></p></li><li><p>Seek opportunities to share the knowledge back to the team and implement new ways to improve team culture</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Essential Requirements:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>8+ years of experience with project delivery ideally in any of these areas: Management consulting, Post-merger integration, Pharma / Biosciences, Technology and Innovation industries</span></p></li><li><p><span>Successful track record in solving business problems in at least one of these areas: Post-Merger Integration, Organizational Change Management, Operating Model design, Strategy, Program / Project Management, Launch Excellence (in pharma), Data &amp; Digital;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with end-to-end project lifecycle including planning and all elements of project execution;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in managing small cross-functional teams and strong senior stakeholder management;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Team player attitude (‘Team Before Self’) - Protecting, developing, and recognizing teammates;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven knowledge or certifications in any of the following areas: Agile, Design Thinking, Project Management, Organizational Design, Lean Six Sigma, Change management, Coaching;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficient in English –The business language of Novartis and the consulting team is English (a second European language would be advantageous); </span></p></li><li><p><span>High proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required (especially, MS PowerPoint). Knowledge of MS Project, collaboration tools (MS Teams, Miro) is an advantage.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Desirable requirements:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Master’s degree in business, scientific or technical area</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working in an international environment or abroad</span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Experience from Big 4 is preferred</span></span></p></li></ul><p><br/><b>Benefits and rewards:</b><br/><span>Monthly pension contribution matching your individual contribution up to 3% of your gross monthly base salary; Risk Life Insurance (full cost covered by Novartis); 5-week holiday per year; (1 week above the Labour Law requirement) ; 4 paid sick days within one calendar year in case of absence due to sickness without a medical sickness report; Cafeteria employee benefit program – choice of benefits from Benefit Plus Cafeteria in the amount of 12,500 CZK per year; Meal vouchers in amount of 105 CZK for each working day (full tax covered by company); MultiSport Card.
