About the Team

The Safety Product team is at the forefront of building and optimizing content safety systems. With a focus on optimizing and advancing content safety, we leverage advanced large language models to enhance review efficiency, risk control, and user trust. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, we deliver scalable solutions that keep pace with rapid global growth.



Responsibilities:

Requirement Validation & Strategy Execution

- Partner closely with PM to deeply engage in the iteration of machine moderation strategies for core business lines. Facilitate and complete requirement validation and effectiveness evaluation for feature and policy configurations.

- Establish an MVP verification mechanism for cross-functional teams prior to full-scale feature release. Drive and deliver feedback reports, utilizing A/B testing to validate feature effectiveness and conduct usability research.

- Execute the promotion and implementation of new platform features tailored to core business requirements, driving continuous improvement in feature adoption rates.



Platform Efficiency & Stability Optimization

- Build and refine a comprehensive QoE (Quality of Experience) and QoS (Quality of Service) metrics. Proactively track user behavior and identify optimization opportunities through rigorous metric observation and analysis.

- Conduct qualitative research with platform users to identify bottlenecks in workflows such as feature extraction, strategy configuration, and dry run experiments; translate these insights into actionable optimization proposals.
