We work together each day to foster an inclusive workplace culture where all of our employees feel respected, valued and have an opportunity to contribute to the company’s success.As a Treasury Funds Transfer Analyst Sr. within PNC's Treasury Management, PIER Group, (Payments, Investigations, Exception Resolution Group) you will live and work remotely from the Central time zone in states such as Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri, Louisiana, Alabama, Oklahoma, or Kansas, Minnesota, South Dakota or North Dakota.
Workdays: Monday - Friday. Hours: Central Time: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
In this very fast-paced, high-volume position, you will assist in resolution of investigations for post incoming and outgoing ACH, Wire, CHIPs, and Real Time Payment transactions. Reviewing incoming requests received and ensuring timely outgoing responses via several FED/SWIFT/and faxing communication platforms, actioning high risk money movement, and answering inbound internal phone calls on Wire and ACH product inquiries makes up most your daily functions.
This position also provides possible cross-training with our exceptions resolution team when business needs arise which includes ACH returns, death notifications, processing fraud disputes, and research ensuring to follow the REG-E guidelines.
*4 year of related payments experience.
*Knowledge of previous customer service, ACH, and Wire payments is a plus.
Job Description
- Executes funds transfers of multiple types and varying complexity using multiple processing platforms with minimal supervision.
- Initiates a subset of manual transactions, resolves routine exceptions, and/or provides secondary approval of initiated/repaired transactions
- Performs detailed financial reconciliation of processed transactions. Performs initial investigation of reconciliation exceptions and handles execution of adjustments.
- Monitors live transactions within multiple processing applications, follows standard policies and procedures to address exceptions. Escalates appropriately when faced with an unresolved exception or impactful issue.
- Ensures compliance with the control framework. Identifies and reports potential conflicts with relevant regulations to the appropriate parties.
- Participation in intermediate change management activities upon request (e.g. executing end-to-end operational regression user test scenarios).
