Description:
A Salesforce Business Analyst at Credera, are Salesforce Admins who understand business needs, capture requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop Salesforce solutions that drive business improvements. This is a project-based, business-improvement, process oriented, configuration focused role. Business analysts help guide businesses to improve business processes, configuration and efficiency in Salesforce. They elicit, document, and analyze requirements around business challenges, and then produce data-driven solutions.
Successful Business Analyst create an environment for open conversations. They are the go-to person when it comes to communication between IT and business stakeholders. Business analysts make sure everyone involved works together to achieve the best results.
Responsibilities Include:
- Elicit and document requirements to develop and define project roadmaps within Sales Cloud, Order Manager and CPQ for the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Write user stories, analyze data and draw business insights.
- Communicate with managers and stakeholders.
- Facilitate business solutions and manage Salesforce projects.
- Create and deliver business presentations.
- Manage and analyze Salesforce implementations for the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Apply frameworks and methodology to Salesforce projects.
- Review and set up the Salesforce org. including platform configuration, process flow, security and access settings for Sales Cloud and Order Management (Opp-to-Order).
- Create custom objects and create and maintain fields.
- Create user training materials.
- Understand current business processes and document processes in development.
- Solve issues during testing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience required:
- 1+ Current Salesforce Admin Certification(s) required. (Admin, Advanced Admin, Business Analyst…etc.)
- CPQ Specialist Certification preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive Salesforce ecosystem experience.
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Order Management
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) preferred
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem: AppExchange, Automation, Collaboration, Data management, Reports and dashboards, CRM, Platform, Sales and marketing…ect
- Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration.
- Motivated self-starter, able to change directions quickly when priorities shift and quickly think through problems to design and deliver solutions.
- Business Presentation skills: Business case definition, Requirements writing, Requirements review, Flow and process diagramming, Wireframing and Business data analytics.
- Experience working in a consultancy firm.
- Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to travel 33% of time as necessary.
- Ability to work within the US without limitations.
- Ability to work in office 2-3 days per week.
