Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Solutions Engineer to partner with our sales team to create innovative and impactful solutions for our clients that drive meaningful value.

Responsibilities include:

· Develop strategies for trusted, long-term, high ROI solutions with Tableau Server and Tableau Online

· Architect pre-sales solutions leveraging Tableau Server, Tableau Online, Advanced Management and the Data Management Add-On

· Leverage broad knowledge gained from production deployments and customer experiences working with Tableau Server/Cloud and related systems

· Engage with team and customers in a consultative and approachable manner

· Design and deliver presentation materials and statements of work within established content and style parameters

· Visualize customer internal systems and information topology

· Map customer problems and systems to Analytics solutions

· Establish confidence in recommendations via product expertise, custom product demonstrations, technical phone calls, workflow outlines, RFP/RFI responses, product roadmap discussions & business process diagrams

· Articulate and support selected recommendations consultatively and with an awareness of advancing the deal

· Partner with sales to deliver on revenue plan

· Be open to and interested in expanding technical domain knowledge to include Snowflake, data science tools, governance strategies, MLOps and more

· Communicate and champion the methods, processes, and certifications which make CoEnterprise a leading provider of Analytics Software and Services

Qualifications

· The ideal candidate will be comfortable developing and presenting solutions in Tableau Server/Online

· The applicant should have experience building visualization solutions in Tableau Desktop and data preparation solutions in Tableau Prep

· Proficient in delivering software demonstrations in-person and virtually

· Experience creating technical business documentation like workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs and RFIs, etc.

· Proven experience working with employees at all levels of an organization

· Familiarity implementing Cloud providers including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and IBM Cloud

· Nice to have: familiarity with Advanced Analytics Applications with R and Python

· Structured and methodical approach to creating and maintaining notes, deliverables, statements of work and other work artifacts in accordance with team standards

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Must be a continually curious, committed, and efficient learner of new business and technology skills, highly responsive to emerging sales requirements

· 2 years prior experience within a mid-market or Enterprise level consulting, delivering, or selling SaaS solutions and concepts

· Willingness to travel 45% or more as needed

· Comfortable prioritizing and managing multiple, often competing, workstreams effectively.
