About the role

As an IT & D Senior Manager Product Group / Platform / Solution Architect, you'll be orchestrating cutting-edge solutions that will shape the future of health, hygiene, and nutrition globally. In this role, you will bring your vision and expertise to lead the design and delivery of our IT & D initiatives. Here, your strategic input drives significant projects that not only align with our digital landscape but also serve in our fight and our purpose.

Your responsibilities

• Delivers the architectural design for product(s) and inputs to the roadmap by utilising knowledge of defined reference architectures, technology trends, and implementation experience in order to translate a business need into a solution blueprint that represents an end-to-end technical solution
• Facilitates the evaluation and selection of software product standards and services, as well as the design of standard and custom software configurations
• Defines the guidelines, standards and solution patterns to ensure product-based decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision

The experience we're looking for

• Ability to translate future-state business capabilities and requirements into solution architecture requirements.
• Understanding of organisations mission, values, and goals
• Exceptional understanding of application development methodologies & infrastructure and network architecture
• Technology neutral: remains unbiased toward any specific technology or vendor choice, and is more interested in results than personal preferences
• Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies
• Good understanding of strategic and new and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models
• Ability to propose and estimate the financial impact of solution architecture alternatives
• Ability to apply multiple technical solutions to business problems
• Strong knowledge of MS Azure
• SA certifications
• Cloud providers solution architect certifications
• Architecture frameworks and software delivery methodologies (e.g., Zachman Framework, Agile, Waterfall)
• Enterprise Architect certifications (e.g., TOGAF, IT4IT)
