Our roadmap aims not only to address unmet needs but also to embed the latest technology innovations within our solutions, in order to provide services of high quality and efficiency.</p><p></p><p>We are looking for a versatile Solution IT Architect who can thrive in a dynamic and innovative environment to join our team. Within the Research &amp; Innovation team, you will work on a strong AWS cloud context, following the Standard operating procedures (SOPs) with Agile Squads.</p><p>You will report to our Research &amp; Innovation Director and play a role of a highly technical leader.</p><p>You will be working with a unique and gifted team designing, deploying and sometimes developing end-to-end new, exciting products and services built on cutting-edge technologies.</p><p>We need you as an Architecture Associate Director to face challenging tasks of balancing cost for cloud oriented technical invention and performance requirements.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Architect and design enterprise solutions and/or components tailored to the language services industry, with emphasis on workflow automation and process efficiency.</li><li>Coordinate with wider IQVIA teams throughout the SDLC to develop and rollout technology solutions utilising established and state-of-the-art technologies.</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers and clients to gather requirements, propose solution concepts, provide technical expertise and drive successful implementations.</li><li>In association with delivery teams, establish methodologies for the successful adoption of the solutions into continuous operation. Create, maintain and update SOPs and guides as applicable.</li><li>Ensure that the solutions meet information security and privacy requirements and standards.</li><li>Conduct functional and system testing to validate that the developed solutions meet functional, operational and quality requirements criteria.</li><li>Create comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, user guides and maintenance procedures.</li><li>Follow established Design and Development standards including configuration management.</li><li>Effectively collaborate with technology/service partners and vendors for successful delivery.</li><li>Stay up to date with emerging technologies, identifying ways to build new or embed with existing solutions.</li><li>Comply with relevant and applicable IQVIA procedures and SOPs, including Quality Management System.</li></ul><p></p><p>Architecture and Development:</p><ul><li>Design and implement robust technical solutions using modern technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).</li><li>Collaborate with development teams to ensure continuous integration and delivery of applications.</li><li>Participate in the development and maintenance of cloud infrastructures (MS Azure).</li><li>Define technical architecture standards and communicate across Technology solutions teams</li><li>Design the optimum quality technical architecture based on application architecture provided by product pillars</li><li>Getting approval from Technical Design Architecture board</li><li>Infrastructure, software and monitoring deployment automation</li><li>Automation documentation</li><li>Define/build training <span>Programs/presentation</span> to improve DevOps team skills to be up-to-date on technological topics</li></ul><p></p><p>Management:</p><ul><li>Lead and coach a team of three developers and systems engineers.</li><li>Manage human resources and develop skills within the team.</li><li>Work closely with Product Management and sales teams to meet the needs of French clients.</li></ul><p></p><p>Security and Compliance:</p><ul><li>Establish security standards (DevSecOps) and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.</li><li>Manage security tools to protect information systems.</li></ul><p></p><p>Systems and Network Administration:</p><ul><li>Administer various systems (Solaris, Linux, Windows).</li></ul><p></p><p>Data Management:</p><ul><li>Work with databases (Oracle, SQL) and data processing tools (Cloudera, Hive).</li><li>Ensure the availability and integrity of data across various environments.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Profile:</b></p><p>You are a professional passionate about new technologies and management.
