Description

Our growing agency of 250+ employees is looking to expand our IT team. Working as a member of Administration, the IT Operations Specialist will assist in the support and implementation of technology solutions throughout the agency. 

Our IT Operations Specialist will provide primary support for Microsoft Office applications, file sharing software, and remote meeting platforms; identify and facilitate training opportunities for employees to support their use of Office applications, remote meeting platforms, and team collaboration tools; and perform basic network troubleshooting in wired and wireless environments.

Requirements

An Associate’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, or a comparable field; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred plus 2 years of relevant experience. Must have proven experience in providing help desk support; be well organized, detailed, proficient at prioritizing and multitasking, and able to adhere to simultaneous deadlines. A valid driver’s license, clean driving record and access to reliable transportation and willingness and ability to travel within CVOEO service area are required.
