Job Description:

What You’ll Do

Responsible for researching and defining testing requirements that support the business plans and industry requirements, for PULSE payments processing platform and its payments partners. Provides technical guidance concerning the business implications of plans and requirements. Provides technical consulting on complex projects. Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, and translates them into testing artifacts. Develops test cases, executes and supports tests, creates test plans, advises and coaches team members.

How You’ll Do It

• Analyses and designs business systems including diagnosing business needs and related requirement specifications, system development planning, creation and implementation of test plans, and on-going project oversight. Compares implemented solutions against original specifications and makes necessary adjustments.
• Translates business requirements into testing specifications and provides them to Operations teams. Provide oversight for research efforts; ensure quality of deliverables.
• Implements quality test systems. Provides technical consulting on data systems. Identifies and analyzes production data issues and proposes solutions.
• Enhances, optimizes, and automates existing processes.
• Advises and coaches team members.

                                                                                                                                  

Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration and Management, or Information Technology.
• 4 + years of experience in Software Development, Business Analyst, Project Management, Scrum master, Finance or related experience.
• In Lieu of Education 6 + years of experience in Software Development, Business Analyst, Project Management, Scrum master, Finance or related experience.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Processing platform experience.
• Experience in Payments or related field.
• Have worked for a processing platform in a testing, research or other technical role.

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
