Location: New Jersey
Compensation: $75,000 + Commission

We are seeking a confident, energetic, and motivated Client Outreach Specialist to help expand our client base and strengthen relationships with partner organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients and generate qualified leads
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within organizations
- Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with potential clients
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination
- Develop outreach strategies to expand client engagement and business opportunities
- Assist with onboarding coordination for new clients and internal alignment
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing, confident, and highly proactive personality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
- Experience with outreach, cold calling, or business development preferred
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
