Lead Data Business Process Consultant/ Project Manager (Secret Cleared)

Position Overview: 
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Business Process Consultant/Project Manager with expertise in Kafka, NoSQL databases, ELT/ETL data flows, and Hadoop to join our team. The Lead Data Business Process Consultant/Project Manager will be responsible for leading data integration and management projects, developing and implementing data strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of data solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex data projects on time and within budget. This position is 80% remote, Secret clearance or higher required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead data integration and management projects from inception to completion
• Develop and implement data strategies to meet client requirements
• Design and implement data architectures that support efficient data processing and analysis
• Develop and maintain data models and metadata to support data governance and data quality initiatives
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project success
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in data management and analytics
