About the role
JOB DESCRIPTIONThis position provides opportunity to utilize knowledge regarding Loan Servicing, Operations, and Collections aspect of the Manufactured Housing Industry to manage/forward project implementation and build/strengthen client relationships:
- Manage Third Party Client Account/Relationship
- Single Point of Contact for Third Party Clients
- Liaison between internal departments and Third-Party Clients to ensure expectations are met
- New Client Onboarding
- Conversion/M&A Activity
- Project Implementation
- Special Projects as Needed
- Full-Time

- HS Diploma or GED
- Some college preferred
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Excellent organizational skills
