About the role

We are seeking a skilled paralegal to join our legal team.The ideal candidate will:

interact with high level Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Operations and Sales management
provide administrative and legal support to our attorneys
demonstrate a solid understanding of legal procedures and contract language, particularly non-disclosure agreement language
review contracts and other legal documents

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate
Min. of 5 years' experience in related field. 3+ years of experience preferably in contract law
Proficiency with Word, Acrobat and general filing systems similar to Decipher
Good writing skills, and attention to detail
Good organizational, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills

The annual base pay range for this position is $76,854 - $121,153 . Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, qualifications and work location. The range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position in California. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
