As a Quality Analyst within PNC's Vendor Finance organization, you will be based in Horsham, PA.The Quality Analyst plays a key role in our operations process, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all business verticals. This position conducts detailed quality reviews on documentation and system entries, covering approximately 15% of all booked deals, while delivering an exceptional customer service experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
Job Description
- Supports the development and continuous improvement of the quality management system.
- Generates reports for distribution to various users in the organization, customers, or suppliers.
- Participates in supplier quality improvement initiatives; works with suppliers to develop and improve incoming quality levels.
- Conducts quality analysis; identifies systemic issues, facilitates effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Provides conclusions and recommendations for issues and/or continuous improvement projects.
