Aloha! Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i is seeking a Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant is responsible for assisting the Assistant Director of Finance in maintaining the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations. Additionally, the Staff Accountant is responsible for supervising other areas within the Finance Department under the direction of the Assistant Director of Finance, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, income audit and general cashiering in accordance with all related local and corporate policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• 2-3 years previous experience working in an accounting or finance role. Hospitality experience is strongly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or equivalent experience preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Working knowledge of hotel systems and operations preferred.

• Strong computer skills and excel knowledge.
