We are seeking a Quality Control Operator to join our Wilmington, MA team. If you have warehouse experience, a strong work ethic and great attention to detail, a Quality Control Operator position with CHEP could be a great fit!

Pallet Inspection & Quality Control

• Lifts pallets for inspection to ensure compliance with quality, regulatory requirements and customer specifications.

• Inspect pallets for defects, damages, and inconsistencies in materials or assembly.

• Utilize tools and equipment to correct minor issues and verify dimensions, weight, and other quality parameters of pallets.

• Identify and document any deviations from quality standards.

• Communicates inspections results and quality issues with production teams and supervisors.

• Adheres to PCP standards and guidelines.

• Partners with Quality Lead to ensure plant compliance of quality practices and continuous and improvement initiatives.

• Provide support during audits and inspections. Safety and Compliance: · Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

• Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment daily.

• Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors immediately.
