• Leading, coaching, and motivating front desk and stylist teams

• Driving membership sales, retention, and revenue growth

• Managing lead outreach and local business development

• Overseeing daily operations to ensure an elevated guest experience

• Monitoring KPIs, metrics, and performance goals

• Training team members on sales, service, and operational excellence

• Handling guest concerns with professionalism and care

• Maintaining organization, scheduling efficiency, and operational flow
