Position: Data Product Owner
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position:
As a Data Product Owner at West Shore Home, you will play a central role in shaping the vision and guiding the roadmap for West Shore Home’s Data & AI portfolio by working across data platforms, analytics, automation, and AI/ML initiatives, to ensure priorities align with enterprise goals and business needs. This position works extensively with Data Engineers, BI Developers, Analysts, and business stakeholders across the enterprise.
Key Role Accountabilities:
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, manage the backlog, and help scope initiatives that deliver measurable value, provide direction on priorities and sequencing, ensuring data products are strategically aligned, technically sound, and positioned for successful delivery.
• Own the integrated Data & AI vision and multi-year roadmap, ensuring initiatives align with enterprise goals.
• Oversee roadmap tracking, documentation, and communication through tools such as Jira, maintaining transparency and alignment across teams.
• Establish outcome metrics and evaluate delivery impact, ensuring data quality, compliance, and security are embedded in releases.
Minimum Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a product owner, project manager, business analyst, or similar role in a data, analytics, or software development environment.
• Ability to act as the product voice for Data & AI with executives and stakeholders, presenting strategy, recommendations, and trade-offs.
• Familiarity or experience with modern data stack tooling and platforms, such as Databricks, Power BI, Azure data platform tools, Fivetran, and related technologies.
• Experience with business intelligence and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce reporting).
• Understanding of data integration, APIs, and application development concepts.
