Customer Service / Dispatcher

As a company laser-focused on our customer experience and serving people with excellence, we are seeking a Client Relations Representative (CRR) / Lead Dispatcher to assist with our HVAC, Plumbing and Appliance Service department.  Location:  Oglesby, IL

 Type: Full time permanent position

 Pay: up to $65K Salary DOE 

Job responsibilities include the following:

• Assist with incoming phone calls, service requests, status checks and general customer inquiries.
• Communicate with colleagues including preparing and modifying documents, creating reports, etc.
• Assist with data entry and data management relative to HVAC projects, bookkeeping, scheduling needs, and service & repair documentation.
• Create proposals for customers and follow up accordingly to ensure understanding and follow-through.
• Collaborate with warehouse management to maintain orderly organization of incoming and outgoing HVAC components.
• Providing outstanding customer service to our customers and guidance to our technicians.

 

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Previous Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing CSR experience a plus
• All internal software to be taught as part of the onboarding/training program
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Excellent computer skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Drives license
• Ability to work overtime including 4-5 Saturdays a year.
