Product Manager - Unstructured Platform
Unstructured.io is a cutting-edge technology company at the forefront of developing innovative solutions for processing and extracting insights from unstructured data. Our mission is to empower businesses with actionable intelligence derived from text, images, and other unstructured sources.
We are looking for a Product Manager for Unstructured Platform, an ETL tool for Unstructured data built around our core file transformation capabilities. You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery and ongoing optimization. This role involves understanding market demands, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the product aligns with the strategic goals of the company. An ideal candidate will have experience with ETL or LLM products.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision:
Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to shape the product strategy.Define and articulate a compelling product vision, ensuring alignment with the company's overall mission and goals.
Product Development:
Collaborate with the engineering team to prioritize and drive the development of the hosted ETL tool for unstructured data.Work closely with the development team to create a user-friendly and intuitive interface.Ensure the product meets the highest standards of performance, security, and scalability.
Market Analysis and Positioning:
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats, staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.Develop a clear understanding of customer personas and use cases, tailoring the product to meet their specific needs.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to gather feedback, address customer concerns, and support go-to-market strategies.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with other LLM applications and platforms.
Product Launch and Training:
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, including marketing collateral, training materials, and customer communication.Provide training and support to internal teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to promote and support the product.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Implement metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance and user satisfaction.Continuously analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or MS in a technical field is a plus 1-3 years of experience as a product manager for a SaaS web application, with a preference for experience with ETL or LLM tools; previous experience as a software engineer is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
