A Day in the Life

         

         

In this role, you will operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used to produce high-quality medical devices while following established procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.

In-person exchanges are invaluable to our work. We’re working a minimum of 5 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.This is a 2nd shift position, which is M-F 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM. 

 

Responsibilities may include: 

  • Operate bench-top and floor-type manufacturing equipment, including machine tools and automated or semi-automated production equipment.  

  • Follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and production schedules to meet quality and output goals.  

  • Perform basic machine setup activities and make routine adjustments as needed.  

  • Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues during operation.  

  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using gauges, fixtures, measuring tools, and other inspection equipment.  

  • Verify product quality and document inspection results in accordance with established procedures.  

  • Support statistical process control (SPC) and other quality control activities as required 

  • Complete production records and documentation accurately and in a timely manner 

  • Perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance activities on equipment.  

  • Escalate equipment, process, or quality concerns to appropriate team members.  

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.  

  • Collaborate effectively with teammates, production leads, engineers, and quality personnel to support manufacturing objectives 

 

Must Have: Required Qualifications 

  • 0 Years of experience required 

 

Nice to Have: Preferred Qualifications 

  • Previous manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, or production experience.  

  • Experience working in a regulated industry such as medical device, pharmaceutical, aerospace, automotive, or electronics manufacturing.  

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
