At our Cascades in Vaughan, ON you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging division of our team as the Production Manager:

 

• Ensure optimal execution of operations by achieving targets in occupational health and safety, production capacity, operating costs, and quality standards.
• Establish and apply standard production practices and procedures to achieve unit objectives.
• Engage, develop, and coach all employees to build a mobilized and competent team.
• Actively participate in the creation and implementation of optimization and investment projects.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

• Extensive supervisory experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Leadership and a collaborative spirit that inspire teams to achieve excellence.
• Agility to manage change and adapt quickly.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build and support a people-centered culture.
• Proficiency with SAP software or other ERP systems (an asset).
