Overview

As an analyst, you will support the Lightning Platform within Salesforce for the New Millennium, specifically using your analytical and critical thinking skills for maintenance and development. Also, support future divisional integrations, analytics, data management and documentation. This could include T-CRM, Tableau, or Qlick. This role requires technical skills, diligence, the ability to create documentation, and an eagerness to learn. Previous experience with relational databases, data normalization, parent-child relationships, object structure, field mapping, and dataflows are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Admin. and T-CRM (Einstein Analytics) Tasks in Salesforce
• Admin. With Qlick and Tableau § Review, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues expressed by the sales team
• Collect, enter, and/or test data into analytics tools
• Test sandbox and production data against source ERP
• Support planned deployment activities
• Aid with defining scope and requirements
• Assist with testing of new functionalities and enhancements
• Aid with building and implementing Salesforce solutions
• Monitors function, data, and effectiveness of sales reporting tools and processes
• Extract data from various sources to create datasets
• Assist in various applications development, maintaining documentation, and analytics

Qualifications

Required: 

• Excellent listening skills, inquisitive, and self-motivated 

• Familiar with business intelligence (BI) tools

• Solid skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills

• Continuous improvement mindset - Plans strategies to ensure error-free work and conveys this attitude in the daily performance

• Process and data driven

• Create and maintain documentation that is logical and structured

• Finds value rather than offense with product delivery evaluations

• Strong desire to learn and likes to take on a challenge

Preferred: 

• Salesforce, CRM experience, PowerPoint skills
• Familiarity with business process automations including (but not limited to): Lightning Flow, workflow rules, advanced formulas, approval processes, and flow builder/process builder
• Salesforce SAQL, SQL
• Salesforce Admin. or Analytics Certifications
• Familiarity with incorporating data sources into Tableau or Qlick
• Knowledge of GitHub and Heroku Environments
• Steel industry experience
