Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for FULL TIME Sales/Product Specialists to add to our team!   

Position: Automotive Sales/Product Specialist
Location: Oak Lawn, IL 
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Saturday (Sundays and one weekday off)

Typical Work Week:

• 1 Day: 9AM - 5PM
• 2 Days: 9AM - 8PM
• 1 Day: 1PM - 8PM
• Saturdays: 8:45AM - 6PM

Ability to Earn over $100K/Year-- We offer a Base Salary!

Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. (3 year minimum)

Our Sales/Product Specialists assist our customers in their car buying journey. From the initial point of contact, to the time they drive off the lot with their new vehicle - our goal is to ensure the customer has the information they need to have an enjoyable and easy car buying experience! No commission means no pressure for you or your customer.

What does a typical day look like?

• Engaging with the customers via phone, email, text or in-person to determine where the customers are in their buying journey and any additional information they need to complete the purchase
• Completing product demonstrations
• Working with inventory and the acquisition team to uncover the market value of the customer’s trade appraisal
• Determining and explaining purchase terms to customers- price of vehicle, payments, length of loan
• Staying in contact with customers you’ve met to ensure their questions are answered and they had a great experience

• You have experience in retail sales, hospitality, restaurant, or any customer facing role.
• You have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (3 year min)
• You like interacting with people and enjoy explaining details in a non-threatening way
• You enjoy problem solving under pressure and have shown an ability to remain calm, courteous and professional during times of high stress
• You value being in a sales role with a strong emphasis on the customer experience
