ProSidian Seeks a Contract Performance Data Analyst | Process Improvement Analyst 2 [MontCo0009008] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Part-Time located CONUS - Norristown PA Across The CONUS - Northeastern United States (USA) Region supporting A county government in the State of Pennsylvania (known as MontCo), Philadelphia, and is part of the Delaware Valley metropolitan area and is the third-most populous county in the state, with Norristown as its county seat..

Seeking Contract Performance Data Analyst candidates with relevant Government and Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as MontCo. This is a Part-Time or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Process Improvement Analyst 2 Functional Area Professional - Operations Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Provide services and support as a Operations (Contract Performance Data Analyst) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as Montgomery County PA (MontCo) | County Finance Department Generally Located In  CONUS - Norristown PA and across the CONUS - Northeastern United States (USA) Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Contract Performance Data Analyst | Process Improvement Analyst 2 [MontCo0009008]

Evaluate vendor performance and compliance metrics. Benchmark pricing against market standards. Provide recommendations for contract renegotiation or termination.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of contract lifecycle management systems. Strong quantitative and analytical background.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Public Administration, Finance, Business, or similar. 3–7 years in contract management, auditing, or analytics.

Skills Required

• Excel & BI tools, Contract management platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba), Financial benchmarking, Report writing.

Competencies Required
