We are looking for a highly qualified and technically proficient Accounting Manager for our Finance team. In this role you will help support and oversee the Accounting department. This individual must have a strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do:
- Work closely with A/R and A/P team members to provide guidance and management
- Assist with P&L review and analysis across multiple Kepler entities
- Work closely with Assistant Controller by providing banking support
- Assist with Balance Sheet review
- Provide tax filing support
- Manage external audit support
- Assist with month-end close management
- Prepare journal entries on an as needed basis
- Mentor team of Accountants
- Perform other related duties and ad hoc projects as required by the position
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of Accounting experience
- Advanced Proficiency in Google Sheets & Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated
- Ability to work with some ambiguity; comfortable in start-up environment
- Capability to multitask and adapt to a constantly changing, quick environment
- Sage Intacct experience is a plus

Total Compensation:
- Base Salary: $85,000 - $106,300
- Target Annualized Discretionary Bonus: 10% ($8,500 - $10,600)
- Target Total Cash: $93,500 - $116,900
