Working Student/Intern Data and Analytics Squad PMO (m/f/d)

Are you looking for an interesting internship in IT project management? Here is your chance to become a part of Allianz Technology, where you can take over the role of the squad PMO and helping in managing innovative Data and AI projects.

Our squad's goal is to provide Workplace product teams with data and analytics solutions at scale. You can be a part of the Data and Analytics squad's journey by contributing ideas and suggestions on how to optimize the current agile project setup (in terms of process, tools, documentation, etc.) to scale our Data and AI offerings.

 

What you do

 

• Define squad's portfolio by outlining scope, goals, roadmap, risks, and dependencies.
• Support prioritization and forecasting of squad tasks and activities for efficient project management.
• Conduct quality assurance and refine project and process documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Manage and organize squad's SharePoint and Confluence spaces for effective collaboration and information sharing.
• Analyze processes to identify areas for improvement and optimize squad operations.
• Communicate project updates, outcomes, and deadlines to stakeholders regularly, and create presentations for senior management.

 

What you bring

 

• Demonstrated knowledge of project management and agile methodologies.
• Proficient in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
• Experience with Data Analytics tools like Excel and Power BI is advantageous.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English with German language skills as a plus.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work proactively in a team environment.
• Solid organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.

 

Ideally you can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - in a working student position - part time (16-20 h/week)
