Responsibilities
Responsibilities - Helps and learns to translate business strategies and market insights into results-focused marketing programs by proactively proposing ideas, concepts and programs that contribute to growth objectives and generate a quantifiable ROI. - Secures, coordinates and aligns marketing functional resources in support of industries’ growth objectives. - Collaborates with the marketing functional teams to meet content, creative, demand generation, public relations, research and market intelligence needs that support marketing plans. - Drives campaign execution, focused on generating positive ROI, achieving intended results and continuously optimizing for best performance. - Collaborates with marketing teams to monitor and assess results to establish actionable learnings that impact the success and effectiveness of future campaigns. - Requires minimal instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments; applies a proactive approach to establish work priorities and timelines.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration - A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a comparable role - Must possess initiative, resourcefulness, be accurate, persistent and dependable. - Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and coordinate multiple projects/tasks simultaneously. - Maintains professionalism and a "can-do-attitude" in the execution of all project-related assignments and tasks. - Shares lessons learned and best practices with internal clients and the greater marketing organization. - Is an excellent communicator and proactively supports and aligns internal resources toward execution.
