Senior Consultant (ERM)

Description

Le'fant is currently seeking an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Senior Consultant for a program that will create, deliver, and facilitate training to VBA Senior Analysts and Executives for the implementation of industry best practices associated with establishing an ERM program. Tasks include:

· Encouraging Culture Change to Improve ERM Effectiveness

· Maturing the ERM Process

· Developing the Required Analytical Tools and Risk Assessment Capabilities

Requirements

A Bachelors' Degree + 3 years of experience is required or 6 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.

The ERM Consultant is defined as an individual with 2+ years of relevant ERM experience. Skills/Experience: Experience relevant to the PWS of successfully performing project tasks for a federal ERM program. At a minimum, the ERM Consultant should be a Certified Risk Management Professional (RIMS-CRMP).
