Job Description

• As a Senior Data Protection Consultant, you will provide customer-oriented worldwide consulting within the Bosch Group in the digital environment (e.g. implementation of new software products).
• You are responsible for the identification of legal risks and the derivation of risk minimization measures as well as for the modelling and further development of data protection-relevant processes in the IT.
• You will create drafts for data protection-relevant contracts (e.g. contracts for processings under commission) and negotiate such contracts with IT service providers.
• It is your responsibility to provide trainings for the IT departments.

Qualifications

• Education: University degree in law
• Personality: flexible, communicative and responsible
• Working method: willingness to assume responsibility, flexibility to consulting globally, service provider mentality and solution orientation
• Experience: multi-annual professional experience in data protection law
• Languages: English C1 or C2
