Job Description
We’re not your typical agency. In fact, we aren’t an agency at all. Rather, we are a distinct and next generation trading entity within Publicis Groupe.
The Traffic Senior Coordinator role will report into the Supervisor position and will be part of the Apex Traffic team. The Traffic team works closely with the Media Investment teams across most media channels and sometimes directly with the Clients to supply accurate copy to our Media partners.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.
Your Impact:
- Routinely review buy specifications provided by media teams with an understanding of Client expectations.
- Utilize media system to view booked commercial units and issues traffic instructions directly to broadcast vendors showing accurate creative messaging to be aired during specific programming.
- Resolve issues where vendors are missing traffic instructions or commercial materials.
- Maintain system records with commercial data necessary for media and financial purposes.
- Provide timely reporting to the client teams for accurate Talent payment.
- Assist Media Reconciliation Team during vendor invoice reconciliation process.
- Participate in system enhancement testing or training.
- Provide support and training to new team members under discretion of the Traffic Supervisor and Associate Director.
Qualifications
TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS

- Maintain professional attitude and good working relationships with peers, team counter parts, vendors, and client contacts.
- Must demonstrate complete working knowledge of Agency procedures, terminology, and business goals, especially in relation to client(s) they are assigned to.
- Demonstrate expertise in the use of media systems.
- Have specific client assignments and accurately meet all requirements necessary to execute or fulfill client approved media plans and expectations.
- Demonstrate excellent skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal communications, diligently attend to details, follow-through on all business requests, and understand sense of urgency.
- Possess the ability to appropriately communicate with and understand the roles of internal and external partners (i.e. creative agencies, vendors, etc.).
- Ability to prioritize work and meet multiple deadlines. Time management and organization is important.
- Maintain a positive attitude and grace under pressure.
SOFT SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Technical skills are a point of entry for the roles at APEX but we’re looking for exceptional talent with high emotional intelligence and soft skills that drives our culture.
- College degree in similar field preferred.
- 2+ years previous experience in similar field.
- Proven record in time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must exude professional attitude.
