This position will report directly to the Chief People Officer and be responsible for executing an Offshoring strategy for the company, defining specific goals/objectives for driving the strategy, and executing against Offshoring initiatives and migrations to meet the strategic objectives and outcomes. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive change management plan to ensure the transformation is successful.  This role will interact with senior leaders across the company and deliver strategic offshore capability to support specific business unit objectives.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Execute LiveRamps’s Offshoring Strategy, which includes implementing an offshoring strategy, defining specific goals/objectives for driving the strategy, and executing against offshoring initiatives and migrations to meet the strategic objectives and outcomes, and transfer strategy.
  • Create an integrated transformation plan – Develop the 2-3 years roadmap jointly with 3rd party implementation partner and other functional leader for the offshore capability center.
  • Lead the implementation / transformation effort – Lead the overall implementation, track execution risks on efforts from all teams (vendors, onshore) against financial and qualitative milestones, report progress to c-suite, flag and pro-actively resolve issues and delays, and mitigate risks.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand the strategic direction and business needs in order to identify and recommend change management plans.
  • Develop and implement plans to manage the change to an offshore model. Including: coaching and mentoring staff through the change process, monitoring and assessing the impact of change on employees  and providing expert advice on handling a change at LiveRamp.
  • Communicate change management plans to employees and key stakeholders to ensure their understanding and buy-in on the build-operate-transfer model.
  • Partner with key finance stakeholders to ensure financial modeling is accurate and ROI is tracked and achieved.
  • Create key communication messaging for key stakeholders including employees, investors and executives.
  • Develop and implement a robust governance model – Develop a robust tiered. governance model that provides levels (working team –> functional lead –> c-suite) to review performance of the transformation initiative.
  • Build and scale offshore capability center – Work with vendor and functions leaders to develop blueprint including service catalog, org structure, reporting, and help scale them to operate independently. 
  • Drive other key interdependent projects that will be critical for the overall success of the transformation (e.g., creating a dev. environment for engineering).
  • Establish and monitor compliance with all contractual requirements, internal policies, etc. Establish vendor performance and reporting to track compliance.
  • Continue to grow and mature the Offshoring Capability through defining and executing continuous improvements to the program infrastructure.
  • Prepare and deliver reporting to senior management, executive management, and c-level groups/committees where required to provide transparency into program value, capabilities, strengths, weaknesses, and risks, in order to support & facilitate executive decisions.

Qualifications:

  • 15 years experience in a similar role responsible for driving projects, transitions, etc is required.
  • Experience managing major strategic transformation initiatives and a strong track record of achieving business goals while delivering results on time and on budget while managing execution and operational risk is required.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with managing outsourcing execution initiatives, and experience in defining strategic plans and outsourcing/offshoring program standards is required.
  • Deep understanding of offshore capability center setup and scale up is required.
  • Significant experience in driving complex cross functional projects is required.
  • Strong problem solving, leadership and interpersonal skills  is required.
  • Proven ability to drive discipline and process orientation
