The Lead Technology Leadership Professional is responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance. The Lead Technology Leadership Professional works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.Are you are looking to work on cutting edge technology? The Lead Technology Leadership Professional will offer technical leadership to implement Medicaid States solutions for Utilization management, fostering growth and service excellence across both new and established Medicaid states to expand our membership base effectively. In this role, you will execute the UM Medicaid technology transformation strategy, make technical decisions to streamline process and to improve the quality of deliverables. You will collaborate with Technical team, product owners, testing teams, architects, and Leaders to ensure that production schedules is followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements. To be successful, the individual in this role must bring a strong combination of business and technical knowledge and be able to provide innovative solutions to complex business problems.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering or related field required
- 10+ years of software development experience
- Experience leading Agile Release Teams
- Result oriented leader who operates with a high sense of urgency
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Excellent problem solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in computer science or related field
- Six sigma certified
- PMP certified
- Experience in Salesforce
- Cloud training and/or certification
- Agile experience and training\certifications
- SAFe certification
- Experience in clinical systems

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
