We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner - Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a licensed Nurse Practitioner, you will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
You will be responsible for direct patient care including conducting patient assessments, diagnosing medical conditions, developing treatment plans, and assisting in various medical procedures, as well as providing clinical leadership oversight for the Arizona market.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner - Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a licensed Nurse Practitioner, you will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
You will be responsible for direct patient care including conducting patient assessments, diagnosing medical conditions, developing treatment plans, and assisting in various medical procedures, as well as providing clinical leadership oversight for the Arizona market.
How you will make an impact
- Dedicate 80% of time to direct patient care and 20% to leadership and oversight responsibilities.
- Perform patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions, injuries, and illnesses.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work, X-rays, and imaging studies.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
- Prescribe medications and therapies, ensuring patient understanding and compliance.
- Provide patient education on preventive care, health maintenance, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in continuing education to stay informed about medical advancements and best practices.
- Treat patients with substance use disorder, including medication assisted treatment
What we are looking for
- Must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner (NP), Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), or equivalent physician license.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing or physician assistant program.
- Current state licensure as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner.
- 3 years experience with medication assisted treatment and in a leadership capacity.
- Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Willingness to stay updated on advancements in medical practices and procedures.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Specialization or experience in a specific medical field (e.g., primary care, surgery, emergency medicine).
- Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certifications.
