Position Summary:
The Non-CDL O&L Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery, suction, and pump-off of oil and lubricant (O&L) products to customer job sites in accordance with company standards. This role requires a valid driver's license, active medical card, and a commitment to safe driving practices and regulatory compliance.
Pay & Schedule:
Hourly Rate: $22.50/hour
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Schedule: Full-time; must be flexible with hours based on business and route needs
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure all mechanical, safety, and emergency systems are functioning properly
Collect and verify delivery instructions, routes, and required documentation
Operate company trucks safely and responsibly, ensuring cargo is properly secured
Pump off products using truck-mounted equipment; avoid spills and ensure accurate delivery amounts
Utilize Samsara to:
Log Hours of Service (HOS)
Complete DVIRs
Submit delivery forms and truck fuel receipts
Load and unload trucks safely; assist others when needed
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and work area
Communicate with dispatch, supervisors, and vendors
Adjust routes using GPS or mapping tools to optimize efficiency
Submit all completed paperwork daily
Wear all required PPE and follow all DOT and company safety guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Previous related driving or oilfield experience preferred but not required
License/Certifications:
Valid driver's license
Current medical card
