- Processing platform telemetry and data from external sources.
- Maintaining crucial data pipelines and automations (telemetry, billing, sales processes etc.).
- Developing internal data “API” - allowing others to work with a curated data catalog and build on top of certified information.
- Product data analytics.
What you'll do:
- Maintain Keboola Connection metadata for both internal and external usage.
- Provide professional level of reliable telemetry to both our customers and internal team, as it’s the main source of data they can use to see platform spend, evaluate contracts, predict the future, analyze usage of the platform or design updates of data pipelines.
- Optimize and automate the telemetry data processes.
- Build requested new features based on telemetry data.
- Analyze product usage and user behavior to support Keboola’s development initiatives and evaluate new features adoption - cooperation with the main Product team.
- Cooperate with the rest of the team - brainstorming, roadmap planning, code reviews, tests, etc.
- Making sure both telemetry and other internal data exist in symbiosis.
The skills and experience you need to have:
- 5+ years of experience as a data engineer and hands on experience with product analytics
- Proficiency in SQL/Python
- Ability to work with restful APIs.
- Ability to utilize new AI tools to deliver tasks efficiently.
- Experience with some of the tools we are using: Keboola, Looker, Heap, GitHub, OpenAI, Jira, Salesforce.
- Fluent Czech/Slovak and English
