As a Specialist in Implantology, your core responsibilities will include evaluating patients for dental implants, designing personalized treatment plans, and performing advanced surgical procedures. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ oral health to determine their candidacy for dental implants.
- Create and implement tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive clinical evaluations.
- Perform surgical procedures related to dental implant placements, including advanced techniques such as bone grafting and sinus lifts.
- Collaborate with dental laboratories to ensure the precise fabrication of prosthetic restorations.
- Oversee post-operative care and monitoring to ensure successful recovery and patient satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in implantology to provide cutting-edge care.
- Educate patients on their treatment options, procedures, and necessary aftercare practices.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) with valid licensure in implantology.
- Demonstrated experience in implantology, with a proven record of successful surgical outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge of advanced surgical techniques, including bone grafting, sinus lifting, and implant placement.
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy, implant materials, and restoration methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex clinical scenarios.
- A collaborative attitude and the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
