Join our team as a Production Assembly Technician I and play a critical role in assembling and testing electronic components that help drive our success. In this hands-on position, you’ll work with cutting-edge technology and equipment to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality.
What You’ll Do:
As a Production Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and operating both automatic and semi-automatic machines in a continuous production process. You’ll monitor key parameters such as flow ratios, pressures, and temperatures to ensure everything aligns with our process specifications.
In this role you will:
- Utilize soldering techniques to securely attach SMT and through-hole components.
- Conduct electrical testing and inspections to ensure product functionality.
- Assemble electronic components onto PCB boards using hand and power tools.
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery and assemblies according to layout plans, blueprints, and SOPs.
A Typical Day Includes:
- Performing electrical tests and inspections using specialized tools and equipment.
- Assembling electronic components onto PCB boards, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Reading and interpreting schematic drawings for accurate assembly and troubleshooting.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain smooth production flow.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in soldering SMT and through-hole components.
- Ability to read and interpret schematic drawings and technical documentation.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.

An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
