About The RoleThe Lifecycle Marketing Senior Associate will be responsible for driving list growth, trigger revenue, and overall email engagement. You will manage trigger strategy and run a wide range of automated experiments, assessing opportunities to improve engagement and retention. Duties also include maintaining an email marketing calendar, building emails, and reporting / dashboard building.

Responsibilities
- Own strategy, building, and testing for lead gen and trigger campaigns, making continuous improvements based on performance and external & internal trends.
- Develop an A/B testing roadmap to optimize targeting, messaging, and creative.
- Manage creative briefs needed to support lead gen and trigger campaigns.
- Develop and own weekly, monthly, and annual reporting, including business and creative hindsights as well as recommendations focused on driving site traffic, revenue, and increased LTV.
- Assist the broadcast marketing team in the deployment of broadcast emails, including building, QA’ing, and routing emails for approval
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience leading full spectrum lifecycle or retention marketing for direct-to-consumer businesses.
- Experience with ESPs, including list management, building, scheduling, reviewing emails.
- Possess keen analytical and quantitative skills; ability to think critically and use data to derive insights and inform email marketing plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting across all levels of the organization including to senior leadership.
- Ability to both lead and drive autonomously to tight deadlines with regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, managing internal and external stakeholders, and multiple campaigns at once.
