The purpose of the role is to deliver Talent Acquisition analysis and reports for key stakeholders, improve reporting capabilities, leverage talent acquisition tools, build automated reports, identify reporting gaps, and support with the coordination of key projects and implementation of action plans.</h3><p></p><h3>Key responsibilities</h3><p>- Support the Head of Group Talent Acquisition and Group Talent Director with planning, coordination, and monitoring of talent acquisition projects and action plans.<br/>- Analyse data from multiple sources regularly.<br/>- Lead the creation of monthly, quartlerly and annual reports and dashboards.<br/>- Improve overall talent acquisition reporting and suggest streamlined ways to leverage tools.<br/>- Participate in designing programs and initiatives for a personalized Candidate Experience.<br/>- Identify opportunities to optimize and improve talent acquisition processes.<br/>- Coordinate transversal projects to enhance candidate experience using project methodologies.<br/>- Ensure proper communication and implementation of projects internally.</p><p><b>What Verisure offers</b></p><ul><li><i>Hybrid model - 2 days at home per week with two weeks per year to work wherever you prefer, during holiday seasons.  Work from home and at our great Madrid offices in Pozuelo de Alarcón (El Barrial- Centro Comercial).</i></li><li><i>Lunch included at our canteen - You won’t need to pay for your daily meal when you are at the office!</i></li><li><i>International stakeholder projects (both HR &amp; Tech oriented).</i></li><li><i>Dynamic and vibrant environment  - Our office is an open-plan space in which you will be able to interact with the best professional from different teams at all levels.</i></li><li><i>Periodic team buildings! - Because it’s important to have fun!</i></li><li><i>Additional benefits like access to a full health insurance coverage, therapy chat, Gympass, Car renting and more!</i></li><li><i>Learning and training programs </i></li></ul><p><b>Candidate profile</b></p><p></p><h3>Experience and Qualifications</h3><h3>- Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.At least 2 years of professional working experience in a similar role, or transferable skills that may be applicable.<br/>- Solid Excel skills and strong command of PowerPoint.<br/>- Structured and detail-oriented with the ability to understand the big picture.<br/>- Effective at both strategic and operational levels with a hands-on approach.<br/>- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in international, multicultural settings.<br/>- Strong written and oral communication skills for creating and presenting slides.<br/>- Agile and adaptable to change with pragmatism.</h3><p></p><h3>Competencies</h3><ul><li><b>Problem Solving and Analytics</b> – strong at structuring complex problems through quantitatively sound analysis, demonstrating exceptional business and commercial judgment.
