About the Role: 

We are seeking an ambitious Salon Manager to run our first ever New York Flagship salon and help us redefine luxury nail care in this iconic city. • Lead daily operations and lead a top-tier team.
• Set staff schedules and oversee performance.
• Deliver outstanding client experiences—every time.
• Manage inventory, safety standards, and salon upkeep.
• Handle customer feedback with care and professionalism.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of promotions and team updates.
• Split your time between management and performing treatments.
• Establish and manage team schedules.
• Conduct team education sessions on brand ethos and trading standards.

About you:

• Must have a Nail Specialty License issued by the New York State Department of State.
• Proven experience in salon management.
• Spanish speaking is preferable.
• Strong Nail Technician experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.  
• Demonstrated ability to drive high levels of customer satisfaction.
