Senior Billing Associate

PLUS Communications is looking for a Billing Associate to join it’s growing Digital team. The ideal candidate will have experience coding and paying vendor invoices, an exceptional eye for detail, and an eagerness to learn and expand their capabilities.

Your day in this position may include:

• Receiving and coding invoices from digital vendors in appropriate accounting platforms and dashboards. Similarly, coding credit card charges in the required systems with no errors.
• Fielding requests from the digital advertising team for payment source information, invoice and payment audits, and system reports.
• Conducting routine audits of client accounts to ensure error free application of payments received and vendor invoices.
• Coordinating with digital vendors to confirm timely payments, resolve billing issues, and apply refunds as necessary.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant accounting or billing experience in the political or advocacy spaces. Past agency experience is a plus!
• Familiarity with industry standard accounting platforms and proficiency in Excel with an understanding of basic formulas to deliver error-free, scalable work.
