Curiosity works here!</p> <p> </p> <p>About the department<br/> Emerging Markets, Distributors is a department that focuses on helping people with intimate healthcare needs to have access to the medical products worldwide. Operations team, to which we are hiring, cooperates globally with multiple internal and external stakeholders to provide timely product delivery to Coloplast customers. We cooperate with 65 markets and support EM growth strategy by covering market demand.  </p> <p> </p> <p>About the job<br/> In this position, you'll take the lead in ensuring efficient product deliveries to our distributors by collaborating with various stakeholders across the globe, govern processes and drive improvements that contribute to our Emerging Markets growth strategy. In your role you will act as one point of contact regarding product deliveries to EM distributor markets. You will be responsible for a number of countries and collaborate with the Global Supply Chain, Finance, Production, HQ functions, EM regional offices, distributors, embassies, and financial institutions to help achieve the operational strategy goals.   </p> <p> </p> <p>As a Global Sales Coordinator you will have ownership of the following processes<br/> •    Multi-department collaboration to provide timely order delivery to the markets</p> <p>•    Governance of the end-to-end EM distributors ordering procedure <br/> •    Incorporating new distributors into Coloplast procedures<br/> •    Managing shipping related issues, stock shortage, distributors’ stock levels<br/> •    Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Supply Chain, Finance, Delivery Center, EM HQ, EM regional offices, distributors and financial institutions to support EM growth strategy and market demand<br/> •    Issue and manage proforma invoices, follow-up on payment status for distributor markets<br/> •    Drive contract drafting with distributors, monitor contract expiry and initiate renewal of contracts<br/> •    Verify price compliance and maintain approved prices in the ERP system<br/> •    Overall governance of executing the EM global launches, market expansions and discontinuations – coordinating communication connected to new/changing products for the markets </p> <p> </p> <p>Requirements <br/> •    5-year experience in a complex business environment</p> <p>•    Min 2-year work experience in a similar role (global order management incl. invoice and contract management, cooperation with various external stakeholders, process ownership) <br/> •    Financial or legal background (education or job experience) considered an advantage<br/> •    Fluent written and oral English<br/> •    Experienced any ERP system user </p> <p> </p> <p>Competences<br/> •    Broad business understanding</p> <p>•    Understanding legal, finance, and accounting principles<br/> •    Enjoying work in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing circumstances and priorities<br/> •    Ability to keep track on tasks in the complex environment<br/> •    Organizing and prioritizing own workload according to deadlines and requirements<br/> •    Proactiveness; taking responsibility for own work<br/> •    Excellent stakeholder management<br/> •    Analytical and structured approach, detail oriented<br/> •    Ability to implement changes to minimize risks, optimize costs and improve performance/processes<br/>  </p> <p>We Offer<br/> •    No probation period – long-term contract from the start</p> <p>•    Hybrid/remote work possibilities, elastic working hours <br/> •    Challenging tasks and growth opportunities in a motivating work e
