What does a successful Client Service Advisor do at Fiserv?

At the Clover Partner Solutions Team, we are committed to providing exceptional support to our Fiserv ISOs who offer the innovative Clover product. We foster robust relationships with the Clover Help Desk, Clover Engineering & Development, and Fiserv Hardware Services to ensure our ISOs receive the utmost benefits. Our mission is to be the advocate for our partners, setting the highest standards in partner support.

What you will do:

  • Efficiently manage time-sensitive inquiries from external partners and internal departments to provide responses within SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
  • Advocate partners' concerns to internal teams and oversee the communication of resolutions.
  • Communicate with clarity, precision, and confidence to ensure effective problem-solving.
  • Actively listen to understand partners' needs and respond appropriately.
  • Manage client experience and operational partner escalations, utilizing direct one-on-one phone contact when necessary.
  • Identify operational gaps, analyze, research, and propose solutions for escalated processes, escalating critical issues to management when needed.
  • Maintain personal accountability for in-depth knowledge of all client solutions, processes, and procedures.
  • Educate partners on best operational practices to enhance their business success.
  • Engage in continuous learning to expand skills and product knowledge, including understanding the product lifecycle and operational setups.
  • Organize, prioritize, and set goals to meet responsibilities effectively.

What you will need to have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and/or equivalent military experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • 3+ years of experience in building and managing relationships in a customer service environment.
  • 3+ years of experience with Effective written and verbal communication.

What would be great to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent military experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in the financial services or technology industry.
  • Familiarity with Fiserv’s products, platforms, and operational areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve issues with urgency and drive them to closure.
  • Adaptability in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.
