The Opportunity
Commvault is going through an exciting business transformation, and we are looking for someone who can recruit the top tech talent in Engineering, Product and Sales Organizations that we need for this journey. So we are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team! Our Recruiters are responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent. As strategic talent partners to the business, our talent team not only strives for an elite-level candidate experience, but we also have a passion and excitement to stay up to date on industry trends and recruiting best practices in order to continuously craft and up level our hiring standards.
We’re looking for someone who is well-versed in complicated tech stacks, has a curiosity about finding talent across different specialties , but also someone that operates with insight and thoughtfulness.

What you'll do
Attract Top Talent: Leverage your innovative and social networking sourcing techniques to identify passive prospects and build a pipeline of candidates.
Optimize the Recruitment Technologies and Tools: Use recruitment marketing platforms to launch recruitment campaigns, optimize upon the open source tool and technologies to build in networks and tools. Open to share new insights, knowledge and grow as a team.
Advise on Talent: Work close with the business leaders and hiring teams by providing them with the talent strategies and market intelligence. Provide full life cycle recruitment as a talent adviser for the business groups, including DEI initiatives across our business functions and hiring practices.
Collaborate: This is a critical cross functional Talent Acquisition role that will align and interact with multiple business functions within our global organization. It is imperative that the ideal candidate be a true team player with the businesses they support as well as their global TA team.
Drive Process: Drive fair and consistent evaluation process using behavioral interviewing techniques. And maintaining strong data integrity within our systems (internal ATS and CRM).
Leverage Market Intelligence: Being a true talent advisor means you have a strong awareness and understanding of competitive market landscape including emerging startup companies, stock market challenges, industry standard processes, etc to be able to engage and hire the right talent for Commvault.
Who you are
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Minimum of 3+ years full life cycle, high volume, recruiting in a corporate environment
Minimum of 3+ yrs. technical recruiting, within a SaaS or Security environment
Experience working on multiple tech roles, varying in scope and leveling
Knowledge of complex technical stacks, engineering infrastructure, and general engineering recruitment best practices
Strong presentation and recruiting skills
Strong subject matter expertise and knowledge of current trends in recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, training, diversity, tracking and measurement systems.
Curious about and willing to support all business functions including but not limited to engineer, product, sales, customer success, etc
