The Senior Product Designer will apply “fullstack” design services: research, strategy, UX and visual design, to the range of software products and service experiences that comprise the Resilience solution. Our solution provides a next-generation approach to the management of cyber risk. We combine insurance, threat intelligence, security expertise and AI-driven, predictive modeling tools to provide customers an unmatched ability to achieve true resilience in that face of cyber threats that continue to grow in their scale and sophistication.
This is an exciting time to join a fast-paced and rapidly growing startup backed by some of the top VCs in the industry (General Catalyst, Lightspeed Ventures, Founders Fund, etc), as we double down on our SAAS offering. This opportunity is well-suited for the designer with an interest in how users can leverage data, how AI can solve business problems, and the creation of new products from concept to delivery.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with a view of both the “big picture” and attention to details, adept at collaboration, exploration and a commitment to UX craft and a love of visual design. You will be a key member of a small, growing team tasked to support conversations with users, stakeholders and experts, to deliver insight and ideas, to help build consensus around product vision, to prototype and test concepts, and to design and ship products with real impact for customers and for our business. We specifically require a designer with experience working in an agile, startup environment. You will be responsible for delivering rapid prototypes to define and market-test new, technically complex product offerings that provide clear business value to a diverse range of customers.
