Location: Primarily out of Canton, GA but we run all around our bakeries in Smyrna, Kennesaw, Woodstock, Canton, Dawsonville & Gainesville!
 Salary: $37,500-40,000/year
Status: Full-Time, In-Community & Work From Home Role

We’re Nothing Bundt Cakes, and we’re on the hunt for a Marketing Assistant who thrives on community connection, behind-the-scenes magic, and isn’t afraid to get their hands frosting-deep when it comes to making events unforgettable.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Director (aka your future cake BFF) to bring big ideas to life, grow our brand presence, and make sure every event and campaign hits just right. This role is hands-on, high-energy, and full of opportunities to learn, grow, and flex your creative side.

🔥 What You'll Do (aka Your Superpowers)

🗓 Event Admin Queen/King/Deity of Details

• Coordinate event vendor applications (yep, we’re legit like that)
  
  
• Track it all: sales, # of cakes, event stats, and timelines
  
  
• Maintain the event calendar (our social lives depend on you!)
  
  
• All things events admin
  
  
• Initiating the "Day-Before" group hype texts
  
  
• Post-event reporting = your time to shine (hello, learnings + spreadsheets)
  
  

🎪 Event Lead Extraordinaire

• Be the face of the brand at big events
  
  
• Lead the charge on setup, serving, and all things cake
  
  
• Bring the good vibes (and samples)
  
  

🤝 Community Connector

• Help manage donation calendars and partnerships with the Marketing Director
  
  
• Assist with bakery-level marketing campaigns, community initiatives & social planning
  
  
• Contribute to our bakery GM’s area marketing plan (aka be part of the strategy squad)
  
  
• Attend community events, connect with orgs, and help us show up big in the community
  
  
• Be ready to assist with everything from Chamber Luncheons to ribbon cuttings 🎀
  
  

📱 Social Media Sidekick

• Have experience with social? Awesome.
  
  
• Willing to learn? Even better.
  
  
• Help our Marketing Director create and plan content, especially for campaigns tied to community events
  
  
• Bring ideas and jump in when needed
  
  
• Learn all about Soci (Our social media platform) & manage our socials calendar

• You have any experience in Events coordination, are a social media wizard, & a marketing QUEEN 👑
  
  

📍 Details:

• Full-time, $37,500/year
  
  
• Mostly in-person, some weekend & evening events
  
  
• Based out of Canton, Georgia
  
  
• You’ll report to our Marketing Director
