What You Will Do:
Coordination of Ground Disturbance Request (GDR) activities
Participate and/or lead in design reviews, project planning and execution, project management, and coordination of project activities impacting operational work.
Coordinate Safe Work and Work Authorization permitting
Coordinate Superior terminal site specific training
Coordinate and facilitate facility tours and presentations
Manage Superior Terminal soil management area
Facilitate security needs with Security Staff, Enterprise Security, and contractor(s)
Work with SCM to hire contractors and issue/manage purchase orders
Identifies opportunities and has keen awareness of relationships with other stakeholders
Supervise and/or assist during emergency response activities
Participate in the Region safety program. Attend and participate in region and group safety meetings.
Assist in Terminal and construction site audits
Assist in Region Management duties as required, complete various documentation including permits, ensure regulatory compliance, and review Company standards and procedures
Provide 24-hour emergency and operations call-out support
Who You Are:
Required:
Operational, construction, and/or project management related experience.
Minimum five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written skills.
Experience with Microsoft software. Maximo knowledge a plus.
Excellent attitude and knowledge of corporate safety policies and procedures.
Proven leadership skills and ability to prioritize workload.
Working Conditions:
Area of responsibility: Superior Area, Midwest Region
Up to 40% office and 60% field environment with potential of travel along pipeline route as needed.
Indoor and outdoor work.
May be required to support work or emergency response activities during off hours
Physical Requirements:
Include but are not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 45 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement.

Include but are not limited to: Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
